14-Day Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging.

How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Important: Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
